Click Image To Visit Site Recently I came across a great reframe for a belief: "A belief is merely a thought that you keep thinking!"

I mean how many times have you chanted the words "I can do this" to yourself before taking on a task outside of your comfort zone?



It may have been a physical task or something related to work. You saw others doing it (perhaps not as smart, talented, etc. as you) and you thought "if he can do this I certainly can."

There are other beliefs, the kind that don’t empower you, that run through your head constantly.

It’s amazing how something as simple as a new ‘hairstyle’ can make a difference. Of course in this example the hairstyle is ‘no hair’ at all.

I have spoken to BHN members who can’t believe how converting to the bald look boosted their confidence.

You know what I mean. It’s that male pattern baldness curse that many of us were given genetically. It’s where the hair grows around your head, like a horseshoe, leaving that ugly bald spot.

But removing all of your hair to show a sleek, smooth, bald head is easy to do and looks better. (Here’s is an example of where less is more).

Surveys conducted with women across the country revealed that, although they loved their spouses who had horseshoe head, they really would prefer the smooth, totally bald, look on them.

Some of these women even confessed that they would never say anything to their boyfriends or husbands about it.
